Realestate.com.au and domain.com.au have strict terms and conditions about listing properties on their websites. One of the main conditions is that we cannot display your contact details directly on the advertisements. This is because you need to have a real estate license and subscription to list with them.
Your contact details are displayed directly on your advertisement on the buyMyplace website. However, on these third party websites we have designed a system to forward your contact details to the right party to ensure potential buyers can still get in touch with you right away.
All email enquiries that come through any website (including realestate.com.au and domain.com.au) still go directly to you in real time. We have set up an email forwarding system that automatically passes the enquiry on to you, and also sends the enquirer a return email informing them of your contact details.
If enquirer’s call the 1300 number shown on the third-party websites, they will hear a recorded message that will ask them to enter the ‘Phone Enquiry ID’ number, visible at the top of your property description. Then they will hear an automatic message that states your name & phone number so they can call you directly.
If buyers visit your listing on the buyMyplace.com.au website, your contact number is displayed prominently and buyers can contact you directly.
This means that no matter how buyers get in touch, they will still be able to access your contact details with ease.
