There are a number of options you can use to display (or not display) the property’s price.
Price/Search Price: This refers to the search price range the property fits into. All websites use this range to gauge which audience to display your property to, based upon the ‘buyer’s' search criteria.
Regardless of how you are selling the property (ie; private sale with or without a price, public auction, sale by tender, expressions of interest or otherwise), it is compulsory to include at least a base, search price. Without it, your property will not show up in search results.
Only enter numbers and do not include any special characters like ‘$’ or ‘,’ or spaces.
Display Above Price: This refers to displaying the base price you have entered in the above Price / Search Price field.
Display text in place of price: If you would like to display a price range or some text in place of the price (ie. ‘Price on Application’, ‘From $xxx, xxx’, ‘Offers Above $xxx, xxx’, ‘AUCTION’ or similar), you can enter text into the blank data field and select the radio button next to it.
Alternatively, you can choose the ‘Do not display any price details’ and no price or text will be displayed.
Note: All changes made by the vendor will be checked via a buyMyplace consultant prior to being displayed online. Changes made during business hours will be updated every 2 hours. Outside of business hours may take up to 48 hours.
Note: It is the vendors responsibility to know and understand the under-quoting laws and restrictions in the state or territory in which their property is being sold.
