It is very unusual for issues to arise surrounding the forwarding of buyer enquiries. This process is automatic and occurs in real time. However, occasionally there can be a break down which can cause a delay or block.
To troubleshoot this issue, please take the following steps.
- Check your junk mail to confirm the emails are not in a hidden folder. Sometimes, if your email service provider does not recognise our email system, it may automatically move the enquiries to junk.
- Go to the website you believe to not be working and send a test email through the ‘Email Agent’ button. Wait a couple of hours to see if you receive it, as there may be a temporary delay in the system.
