For your rental listing to go live on our third party affiliate websites, you must download the buyMyplace Compliance Documents and return both signed pages, along with the landlords copy of identification (Drivers License or Passport) and a copy of the property Rates Notice.
This is a safety guard to prove that you own the property, and that you allow us to list your property on the third party websites for you.
The documents are sent to you via email upon signing up, and they are also able to be downloaded from the dashboard.
Once these documents have been returned, you will receive a notification regarding your current property status. These different statuses include:
- Compliance Complete and your listing is now live.
You will receive this notification once your Compliance Documentation has been received and reviewed. As long as your online listing is complete with the mandatory information, including a property listing and property photos, this is when your listing is uploaded to all websites within your campaign.
- Compliance Complete but not yet live.
You will receive this notification once your Compliance Documentation has been received and reviewed. However, the difference is, your online listing is unable to go live due to your online property listing missing some mandatory information. This may include a Property Description and/or property photos. It cannot go live until the advertisement is complete.
- Incomplete Compliance.
You will receive this notification when you have only provided part of the required information to validate your property ownership or acceptance of the Compliance Document requirements.
