Through your dashboard, you can see where your listing is up to and whether it is live, ready to go live or still missing information.
There are 3 different sections that need to be complete before this can be pushed out to our third party websites, so to make it nice and easy, once you are logged into your members dashboard, you can see what sections you still need to fill in via the three below headings:
1. Proof of Ownership
The proof of ownership field will show a tick next to it once we have received your documents verifying ownership of the property. If there is no tick, it means we are still missing all or some part of the document. If you are unsure what you are missing, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know.
Click 'View Details' To view information about proof of ownership you must provide.
An exclamation mark will show if you have not yet ticked the acknowledgement statement.
Before your listing can go live you must acknowledge that as a private seller it is your responsibility to ensure you comply with the relevant legislation for your property transaction.
To do this, please follow the below steps:
1. Click 'View Details'
2. Read the introductory information
3. Read the article hyperlinked regarding your relevant state
4. Tick the acknowledgement statement box
3. Property Details
Lastly, your property cannot go live until the property details are complete.
Click on the 'View Details' button to see a list of all the mandatory information that needs to be uploaded to your online listing.
You can add this information by clicking 'Edit your listing'
Once this information is all complete, your Listing Status will still show as 'Pending' until you have completed the compliance forms, and ticked the legals section. All sections must be complete before the listing will go live, and this status will only change once one of the support team members have uploaded your listing.
Once it has gone live the listing status will change to available.
If you believe your listing is ready to go live, but it is not showing this status, please send us an email to email@example.com as soon as possible so we can look into this for you.
